Amy is joined by Nick Nyhart to discuss changing the campaign system to make elections less about money. Nyhart suggests that the current campaign system should be considered unconstitutional and that campaigns should be funded by public money. Nyhart suggests that the changes much begin at the state level before Washington can realistically be considered.
