Challenging the 60 year old federal policy of providing housing for the poor, the House of Representatives voted this week to repeal a landmark 1937 depression era housing law. Amy and Juan are joined by Lisa Rhangelli, a policy specialist at the Center for Community Change to talk about the legislation and the status of public housing in the United States.
