    The powerful right-wing Cuban exile organization the Cuban American National Foundation announced yesterday at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. that it plans to sue the New York Times for two stories that linked foundation leaders to a series of terrorist hotel bombings aimed at overthrowing Cuban President Fidel Castro.
