Black Leaders Boycott Civil Rights Museum Opening in Protest of Trump’s Attendance

In Mississippi, civil rights leaders gathered on Saturday to celebrate the opening of two new civil rights museums in Jackson. The historic openings, however, were marred by controversy, after President Donald Trump refused to heed the calls of civil rights leaders and insisted on attending the inauguration.
