In Texas, a 16-year-old Guatemalan teenage boy has died at a Border Patrol station in Weslaco, becoming the fifth known migrant child to die while in Border Patrol custody since December. Carlos Gregorio Hernandez Vasquez was arrested a week ago and was diagnosed with the flu while detained, but was not hospitalized.
