President Trump acknowledged that at least one White House staffer tested positive for the coronavirus on Wednesday. White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany refused to name who was infected, but said high-level delegations from Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates and Israel who gathered at the White House Tuesday — including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu — were not affected. On Wednesday, Israeli journalists who returned home from covering the White House event were ordered to quarantine and submit to an epidemiological investigation. Israel is the first country in the world to go to a second national lockdown this weekend.
