The Obama administration is mulling plans to delay withdrawing troops from urban areas by July 1st if renewed violence continues to grow. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton made the announcement during a surprise visit to Iraq this weekend. Troops will now likely remain in Mosul and Baghdad after the deadline.
