The Arizona Community Radio Foundation is very close to obtaing two broadcast radio licenses to serve the Phoenix public–including the first broadcast of Democracy Now! in the area. Changing Hands is celebrating 35 years this month as the oldest independent bookstore in Arizona.
After the event at Changing Hands, Amy is heading to Tucson for a benefit for KXCI Community Radio and Access Tucson Public Access Television.
NYTimes besteller, #17–today Standing Up to the Madness, written by Amy with her brother David Goodman, hit #17 on the New York Times bestseller list, just under Pres. Obama at #16.
