On the first anniversary of Hurricane Katrina we speak with Jed Horne, an editor at the New Orleans Times-Picayune and author of “Breach of Faith.” Horne says, “Louisiana is part of the old south…The mayor is a Democrat but could probably be called a neoconservative.
