En Tailandia, renunció el Primer Ministro Thaksin Shinawatra. La renuncia de Thaksin surge tras meses de protestas contra su mandato. Thaksin será remplazado por el Vice Primer Ministro, quien es su amigo cercano desde hace tiempo.
