Haití y Venezuela firman acuerdo petrolero

Mientras tanto, el nuevo Presidente de Haití, Rene Preval, firmó un acuerdo petrolero con Venezuela que le permitirá a Haití recibir petróleo venezolano con condiciones preferenciales. El Presidente haitiano dijo: “Venezuela quiere ayudar a Haití y es por eso que hoy estamos firmando el acuerdo para Petrocaribe”. Rene Preval firmó el acuerdo tan solo horas después de asumir la presidencia el domingo.
