El presidente venezolano Hugo Chávez ha sufrido su primera derrota electoral desde haber ganado la presidencia hace siete años, al perder por un estrecho margen un controvertido referéndum sobre 69 cambios propuestos a la constitución. Chávez admitió su derrota en el referéndum y dijo que abandonaría el cargo en 2012. Mantenemos un debate con Greg Wilpert, autor de "Changing Venezuela by Taking Power" (Cambiar Venezuela tomando el poder) y con Francisco Rodríguez, el ex economista jefe de la Asamblea Nacional de Venezuela.
