Jimmy Carter y Desmond Tutu instan a Texas a suspender la ejecución de Kenneth Foster

El ex presidente Jimmy Carter y el arzobispo sudafricano Desmond Tutu han instado al estado de Texas a detener la ejecución del preso condenado a muerte Kenneth Foster, planeada para el jueves. Mientras tanto, el abogado de Foster ha presentado una apelación de última hora ante la Corte Suprema de EE.UU.
