En un nuevo impactante reportaje, la revista The Nation revela que grupos de justicieros blancos patrullaron las calles de Nueva Orleans tras el huracán Katrina y dispararon al menos contra 11 afroestadounidenses. La policía nunca investigó los tiroteos. Hablamos con el reportero A.C.
