Heraldo Muñoz, embajador de Chile ante las Naciones Unidas, ha revelado nuevos detalles del modo en que Estados Unidos presionó y amenazó a otros países para apoyar la guerra de Irak. Muñoz ha escrito un libro que relata aquel período, titulado “Una guerra solitaria: crónicas de un diplomático sobre la guerra de Irak y sus lecciones” (A Solitary War: A Diplomat’s Chronicle of the Iraq War and Its Lessons).
