Corte Suprema revoca prohibición de Washington a armas cortas

En un fallo histórico, la Corte Suprema votó este jueves que la Segunda Enmienda consagra el derecho constitucional de las personas a poseer y tener armas de fuego cortas cargadas en su hogar con fines de defensa propia. La decisión, aprobada por cinco votos contra 4, de anular la prohibición que regía desde hacía 32 años en la capital de Estados Unidos es el fallo más significativo referido a la Segunda Enmienda pronunciado por la Corte desde 1939.
