La FCC falla en contra de Comcast por bloquear el acceso a la web

En una histórica decisión, la Comisión Federal de Comunicaciones (FCC, por sus siglas en inglés) dictaminó que la empresa proveedora de Internet Comcast violó las políticas federales cuando bloqueó la circulación de información de algunos usuarios y ordenó a la compañía que cambie la forma en que administra su red.
