El Presidente Obama celebró sus 100 días de gobierno el miércoles con una conferencia de prensa en horario central realizada en la Casa Blanca. Obama expresó que el uso del submarino por parte del gobierno de Bush constituyó una práctica de tortura y defendió también el uso del privilegio del secreto de Estado.
