Los documentos presentados al tribunal el domingo indican que el intento de asesinato de la representante demócrata de Arizona Gabrielle Giffords fue premeditado. Aunque el motivo del ataque sigue sin esclarecerse, la imagen que surge del sospechoso, Jared Lee Loughner, es la de un joven de 22 años con graves trastornos y con problemas de salud mental.
