Hoy es el primer aniversario del histórico fallo del la Corte Suprema en el caso de Citizens United contra la Comisión Electoral Federal que abrió las puertas a un gasto empresarial ilimitado en campañas electorales. Hablamos con Bob Edgar, presidente de Common Cause, que ha presentado una solicitud al Departamento de Justicia de EE.UU. instándole a que investigue si los magistrados Antonin Scalia y Clarence Thomas debieron haberse recusado del caso el año pasado por conflicto de intereses.
