Mayo Bartlett, abogado de la familia de Kenneth Chamberlain, responde al anuncio del gran jurado de no acusar a ninguno de los agentes de la policía de White Plains por matar a su cliente después de que los llamaran cuando la víctima había activado su collar de alerta médica LifeAid por error.
