Democracy Now!'s Nermeen Shaikh will be speaking on a panel at Duke University with journalists Mehdi Hasan (Al Jazeera), David Graham (The Atlantic), and Abigail Hauslohner (The Washington Post) to discuss how Muslims are portrayed in the media in today's political climate.

Duke Islamic Studies Center and the Carnegie Corporation of New York sponsor this event.
