Metro Cancels Plan for Special Trains for White Supremacists for August 12 Rally

HeadlineAug 06, 2018

After the rail workers union leaked the proposal and vowed not to participate, the transit agency said it was no longer considering the plan to run special trains to accommodate white supremacist protesters on the anniversary of last year’s deadly white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia.
