HeadlineJan 28, 2026

The families of two men from Trinidad killed in an October U.S. missile strike in the Caribbean are suing the Trump administration for wrongful death and extrajudicial killing. Chad Joseph, who was 26, and 41-year-old Rishi Samaroo were killed in one of the 36 strikes the U.S. government has launched against boats in the Caribbean and Pacific Ocean since September.
