The Puerto Rican March on Washington is today. The March is aimed at raising awareness about Puerto Rican rights issues, including the release of political prisoners.
GUEST: PIRI THOMAS, author of Down These Mean Streets, Seven Long Times and Stories from El Barrio, among other books. Thomas spent many years in prison and condemns the American penal system.
