You know it’s an election year when the President’s judicial appointments come under attack. On Friday, Republican Presidential Candidate Bob Dole spoke at the American Society of Newspaper Editors, delivering a major address on the subject. He charged that Clinton’s appointments to the federal bench should belong to a Judicial Hall of Shame.
