Estados Unidos es acusado de la perdida de $4B de ingresos del Petróleo Iraquí

Un importante grupo ingles sin fines de lucro (Christian Aid) ha acusado a administradores americanos e ingleses en Irak de fallar justificar el uso de $4 mil millones en ingresos del petróleo Iraquí. Christian Aid ha producido un informe, Irak: Los Mil millones Perdidos (Iraq: The Missing Billions), para coincidir con una conferencia internacional lidiada por EEUU en Madrid con el propósito de asegurar dinero para reedificar Irak.
