Georgia Refuses to Grant Clemency to Troy Davis

Georgia’s Board of Pardons and Paroles has refused to grant clemency to Troy Davis, even though seven of the nine witnesses against him have since recanted. Congressman John Lewis of Georgia criticized the board’s decision.
