U.S. Navy Identifies 3 Sailors Who Went Missing After Plane Crash in Philippine Sea

The U.S. Navy has identified three sailors who went missing after their plane crashed in the Philippine Sea southeast of Okinawa, Japan, on Wednesday. The Navy called off its search and rescue mission on Thursday. The sailors were Steven Combs, Matthew Chialastri and Bryan Grosso.
