Keystone Likely Responsible for MO Oil Spill

TransCanada said Friday the Keystone pipeline is likely responsible for an oil spill last week in St. Charles County, Missouri, near the Mississippi River. A new study released Thursday counted 137 oil spills in the U.S. in 2018.
