United States and Cuba Will Normalize Relations

U.S. President Barack Obama and Cuba’s Raul Castro have announced plans to restore full diplomatic relations for the first time in more than a half century. Today Cuba also released Alan Gross, a subcontractor for U.S. Agency for International Development, while the United States free the three remaining members of the Cuban Five — Gerardo Hernandez, Antonio Guerrero and Ramon Labañino.
