¨I teach government at high school. I have been using DN for about a year. One of my favorite in DN is ACLU files. I have found that teaching Judicial Branch, interests groups, civil libertiies/rights and the legislative process can be simple by just using one documentary. I teach the whole unit just analyzing one documentary. The story of drug testing of a girl and how it proceeded to Supreme Court creates a lot of excitement in my class. Before I used DN students use to sleep complaining about the boringness of these units.¨
