Tune in as Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist David Cay Johnston discusses what could be the biggest political firestorm facing Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign to date. In a newly unearthed recording released by the magazine Mother Jones, Romney tells a crowd of donors that he thinks 47 percent of Americans are "dependent" on government and see themselves as "victims." He also claimed they don’t pay an income tax.

We’ll also speak to Johnston about his newest book "The Fine Print: How Big Companies Use "Plain English" to Rob You Blind", which claims you are being systematically exploited by powerful corporations every day. He writes that these companies squeeze their trusting customers for every last cent, risk their retirement funds, and endanger their lives. And, says Johnston, they do it all legally. We’ll ask him to explain the fine print.

Johnston is a former New York Times reporter and author of several books, including "Free Lunch: How the Wealthiest Americans Enrich Themselves at Government Expense (and Stick You With the Bill)."

Read Chapter 1 of Johnston’s new book below.
