    IN RECENT DAYS, PUNDITS AND POLLSTER HAVE ASSERTED THAT TODAY WILL SEE ONE OF THE LOWEST VOTER TURNOUTS IN U.S. HISTORY. IN RECENT YEARS, MORE AND MORE AMERICANS HAVE CONCLUDED THAT THEIR VOTES DON’T MATTER....THIS LACK OF VOTER PARTICIPATION RAISES SERIOUS QUESTIONS ABOUT THE STATE OF OUR DEMOCRACY AS WE CROSS THAT BRIDGE TO THE NEXT CENTURY.
