Lawrence Wilkerson

Served as chief of staff to Secretary of State Colin Powell from 2002 to 2005. At the time of the U.S. invasion of Panama he was special assistant of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He is now a professor of government and public policy at the College of William & Mary.
