Democracy Now!’s Amy Goodman will speak at Rutgers University, marking the 17th anniversary of the daily, independent, global TV/Radio news hour and the publication of her new book, The Silenced Majority: Stories of Uprisings, Occupations, Resistance, and Hope.

This event is sponsored by the Rutgers Centers for Global Advancement and International Affairs and is part of the 2012-13 Technologies Without Borders: Technologies Across Borders series, which features a special focus on Citizenship and Social Responsibility.
