Co-directors of Redemption, an Academy Award nominee in the documentary short division. They were also nominated for an Academy Award in 2010 for their film China’s Unnatural Disaster, won four Emmys for the 2006 film Baghdad ER, and were on the Oscar short list last year for In Tahrir Square. They work together at Downtown Community Television Center (DCTV), a community media center based in NYC’s Chinatown that is celebrating its 40th anniversary.
