Amy Goodman will deliver the keynote address at the 2016 Heroes of Sustainability Awards ceremony as she receives the Alliance for Sustainable Colorado’s 2016 Heroes of Sustainability Award. The theme of this year’s event is Truth in Media.

This awards ceremony is taking place during Amy Goodman and Denis Moynihan’s national speaking tour to mark the 20th anniversary of the daily, independent, global TV/Radio news hour and to launch their new book, Democracy Now!: Twenty Years Covering the Movements Changing America.

The evening will include a cocktail reception and three course dinner.
