This event is part of a national speaking tour marking Democracy Now!’s 20th anniversary and the release of Amy Goodman’s newest book, Democracy Now!: Twenty Years Covering the Movements Changing America, written with David Goodman and Denis Moynihan.
The conference will also feature a keynote presentation from leading civil rights activist Linda Sarsour, executive director of the Arab American Association of New York, as well as panels on reproductive justice, #BlackLivesMatter, workers’ rights, and more.
