During this 2012 election season, Democracy Now!’s Amy Goodman and Denis Moynihan are on a national speaking tour to mark the 16th anniversary of the daily, independent, global TV/Radio news hour and to launch their new book, The Silenced Majority: Stories of Uprisings, Occupations, Resistance, and Hope.

The Phoenix Center for the Arts is located just south of Margaret Hance Park on the corner of N. Third St. & E. Moreland in downtown Phoenix. This is just south of the Third St. exit of I-10 between E. McDowell Rd. & E. Roosevelt St.

Denis Moynihan has worked with Democracy Now! since 2000. He is a bestselling author and a syndicated columnist with King Features. He lives in Colorado, where he founded community radio station KFFR 88.3 FM in the town of Winter Park.
