Last week, the National Labor Relations Board recommended Amazon’s demands should be rejected, after it failed to prove union organizers had allegedly tampered with the election by intimidating workers. The Staten Island Amazon warehouse workers in April voted decisively in favor of joining the newly formed Amazon Labor Union despite the retail giant’s multimillion-dollar union-busting campaign.
