Pelosi to Run for Minority Leader

Pelosi’s decision has sparked a battle over who will be her second in command. The current majority leader Steny Hoyer of Maryland and majority whip Jim Clyburn of South Carolina are both vying to become minority whip, the second highest ranking spot after minority leader.
