That includes data from smartphones used by members of Congress and their staff. Some Republican lawmakers — including Mo Brooks of Alabama, Lauren Boebert of Colorado and Paul Gosar of Arizona — have been accused of taking “active roles” in promoting the deadly Capitol insurrection.
