U.S. schoolteacher Marc Fogel has arrived in the United States after his release from a Russian prison, following three-and-a-half years in captivity after he was charged with carrying a small amount of medical marijuana. President Trump welcomed Fogel to the White House Tuesday night and said Russia would free another U.S. prisoner on Wednesday — without giving their name.
