An investigation by ProPublica has documented over 40 cases in which federal immigration agents used potentially fatal chokeholds and other moves that can cut off breathing against immigrants, citizens and protesters. Former police and immigration officials who reviewed the footage called the agents “out of control,” with one calling it “the kind of action which should get you fired.”
