KPFK and the Pacifica Radio Archives Present Amy Goodman and David Goodman
authors of “Standing Up to the Madness” in an evening at the Immanuel Presbyterian Church

KPFK General Manager, Sean Heitkemper, and Pacifica Radio Archives Director Brian DeShazor, and Amy will open the event with a conversation on KPFK’s 50 year broadcast legacy in independent media.

That’s Friday, April 24 at the Immanuel Presbyterian Church located at 3300 Wilshire (at Berendo St.) There will be a reception at 5:30pm, and the program starts at 7pm.

Parking available at the UTLA lot across the street, entrance on Berendo.

This is a fundraising event for KPFK Radio and the Pacifica Radio Archives. Tickets are $15 for general admission. $75 or $100 per couple will get you into the whole event, including a reception hosted by the Pacifica Radio Archives.
