Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY
The Latino Media Summit is an all-star convening of journalists, entrepreneurs, innovators, experts and industry leaders focused on Latino audiences in the U.S.
Launched in 2017 by the Spanish-language program at the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY, this will be our third edition.
Unique among journalistic conferences, the Latino Media Summit covers themes specific to serving a broad spectrum of Latino audiences, including media and technology innovations, business models, race, gender and class issues relevant to Latino news media coverage and culture, challenges in bilingual investigative reporting, and Latino representation in newsrooms.
The format includes panels, lightning talks, featured presentations and workshops over two days with dozens of speakers and instructors from all over the country.
This is a bilingual two-day event. We offer simultaneous interpretation throughout.
