Indonesian Human Rights Lawyer Found Tortured and Mutilated in Aceh

This sad news from Indonesia. We now have word that Jafar Siddiq Hamzah, a graduate student of New York University. A publisher and human rights lawyer who was a permanent resident in the United States, he is Acehnese himself, went to his homeland in Aceh disappeared a month ago. It looks like as we speak an autopsy is discovering that the body of one of five young men found is Jafar Siddiq Hamzah’s.
