Indigenous Rights Activist Killed in Guatemala

In Guatemala, another indigenous rights activist has been killed. Juana Ramírez Santiago, who worked as a midwife and helped found the Network of Ixil Women, was shot dead on Friday. She is at least the 21st human rights activist to be slain this year in Guatemala.
