A federal prosecutor has found no evidence of wrongdoing in an investigation into allegations that former Obama administration officials illegally “unmasked” the names of Americans whose communications were swept up in foreign surveillance. Attorney General William Barr ordered the investigation after President Trump and some Republican lawmakers accused the Obama administration of a political conspiracy.
